Katja smiling in an ice bath

Katja

Advanced Wim Hof Method Instructor

Katja is an adventurer, Wim Hof Method Advanced Instructor and human potential enthusiast with a deep passion for exploring what becomes possible when we move beyond the familiar.

Known for her energy, authenticity and ability to truly connect with people, she creates spaces that feel both safe and empowering. Through breathwork, cold exposure, nature and shared challenges, Katja encourages people to step beyond perceived limits, discover new perspectives and reconnect with their own strength.

At the Yosemite Retreat, she brings energy, curiosity, connection and a strong belief in the potential that emerges when we dare to leave our comfort zone.

Hella in an ice tub with mountains behind her

Hella

Advanced WHM Instructor & Life Coach

After her three children left the nest, Hella swapped her life as a single mum for that of a nomad wandering the world and creating a life on her own terms: authentic, full of gratitude and connected to the abundance around us.

As an Advanced WHM Instructor and life coach, she left her comfort zone to connect with other humans: in Australia, on many Caminos in Europe, hiking and dipping in the icy winter landscapes of Iceland and Poland, and in the US, reconnecting with special friends and meeting new ones.

Travelling and living in the bush has taught her the importance of human connection with people who see the cup half full, are ready to face their fears and trust their own inner guidance. At the Yosemite Retreat she will support you in doing the same.

Jennyfer in an ice bath holding rubber ducks

Jennyfer

Advanced WHM Instructor & Functional Breathing Trainer

Jennyfer is an endurance athlete, Advanced Wim Hof Method Instructor and functional breathing trainer, fascinated by the connection between breath, resilience and human performance.

She knows the drive to push harder, go further and test limits, but also the power of slowing down, regulating the nervous system and trusting the body.

Combining physiology with curiosity and playfulness, Jennyfer invites people to explore discomfort without fighting it, while discovering the power of stillness and silence.

At the Yosemite Retreat, she brings a grounded, energetic approach to breath, cold and challenge, creating space to explore what happens when we stop forcing and start listening.

Jesse smiling in a snowy mountain landscape

Jesse

Advanced Wim Hof Method Instructor

Forever a child of Mother Nature, Jesse lives by the mantra, “One with Nature.” He knows firsthand that the breath-giving beauty of Earth’s landscapes can be matched by the beauty of our own inner landscape.

Drawing on his experience as an Advanced Wim Hof Method Instructor and this deep connection with the natural world, Jesse fosters experiences that affirm our individual essence while opening pathways to greater presence, gratitude, depth of feeling, and a wider awareness of what is really possible.

With a kind, calm, and steady presence, Jesse will open the door to curiosity, play, surprise, and discovery at our Yosemite Retreat, inviting us into the ever-unfolding landscape of human existence, connection, and expression.

Manoj smiling in an ice bath

Manoj

Advanced WHM Instructor & Certified Yoga Teacher

Born in India, raised in the UAE, and a Bay Area tech professional since 1999, Manoj knows what it's like to live at full speed and lose touch with yourself along the way. After nearly two decades of corporate life and some hard personal chapters, he was given a Wim Hof Method workshop in 2018. It changed everything.

During the pandemic, his practice grew into a daily discipline of breathwork, cold showers and ice immersion. It transformed how he handles stress and emotion, and how he shows up in his own life. Now an Advanced Wim Hof Method Instructor and certified yoga teacher, Manoj blends breath, movement and cold into a practice that is both grounding and energizing.

At the Yosemite Retreat, he brings warmth, steadiness and quiet encouragement. He invites you to slow down, breathe deeply and find the calm strength that's already inside you.
